A (VERY) LATE UPDATE

Finally, some air for me to breathe again. It's been a month passed by since my arrival back from the 'Moz Holiday' and I can't be forgetting how beautiful it was for me. The windy cold weather did almost made me go fainted for going to Morrissey concert right after only few hours of sleep after the landing, but the thrill in me could never take away the smiles in my face all along that day haha.



This charming man sang for me that night, and lucky me, that was only a day before some asshole throwing bottle to the stage and made him stopped performing and canceled the show. Fiuhh, how lucky I am. Anyway, the pics of the concert are available here while the whole trip is too long to be told in a blog story.

I also got myself to another fantastic concert, The Flaming Lips' concert in Troxy London and had a blast. I shed a tear or two being overwhelmed watching giant balloons flown and popped in the air with people in animal costumes dancing stupid underneath. How a lovely, peaceful view.




Let's do that again sometime.

WILDEST ROSE

Roses are a lot more fierce in her hands. Sylvia Ji, a 1982 born artist who shocked the art world with her brilliant artworks inspired by Mexican Art. She is amazing.



Today I was looking for some pic references for my next tattoo and I am stunned by the works that Sylvia Ji made. Awesome paintings! Obviously I would want one of these wicked work of arts stays on my body...

Morrissey collapsed and hospitalized

HEARD THE NEWS, and apart of my disappointment and heartbreak thinking he won't make it on Nov 5th, 2009 concert, I'm crying inside cause the man that I love is now in pain and helplessly laying sick in a hospital. I wish he'll get well soon and be there singing for me when I get there. Love you, Mozz.





Maybe it's true when they say you shouldn't want something so bad or you'll fall down hard. I'm feeling that shit right now.

GOOD, NO, WONDERFULL..!

Yesterday I got a phone call from UK Embassy asking few things in order to get my visa proceed. They asked me when will I see the concert, where, and last but not least they asked me to mention 3 songs by Morrissey that I love most! Wow that's like the coolest question for applying a Visa ever! And a damn easy one hehehe. The only hard thing from it was to pick only three of so many his wonderful great songs.

But then I answered these three:








And the next day (this afternoon) I got a message from the tour company saying that

I GOT THE VISA....!!!!
Oh yes!!
The more you ignore me.. the closer I get..

Can't wait to get on that plane and come to see you!

DAG DIG DUG

I'm losing my own track here lately between all loads of works and preparations to my upcoming wedding. I haven't told you that I did my interview for the UK visa last Friday, have I? Well, after all the dressed up parts and undeniably heart beating episodes of the sleepless Thursday nite, there I was last Friday, got my fingerprints and photo taken. And that's all, no interview whatsoever. All the process took only for 5 minutes and they sent me home with giant curiosity and numbness hanging inside my head.

Now, I've passed a single working day, they say it's gonna need 5 more days to go to get the end result whether I got my visa approved or not. That means, I shall know by Oct 24, 2009 the soonest. It's like, too close to my departure date (Nov 4, 2009), isn't it?

I'm aware that I should get myself prepared from now, ideally. But also because I don't want to get my self too excited and then disappointed, I keep trying to ignore my sanity that's telling me to get my luggage packed, count up the cash and change them to the money changer, call anyone I know up there in London, download the map, list down what I might need to bring etc etc. Wow, seems like a long list to do there. Silly me, I'm just to childish to take onto this dangerous quest. Hahaaa... ok, I'm being overreacting here.

Ok. Take a deep breath. Fingers crossed. Think only one thing. Morrissey is awaiting me.

Ok. I feel much more comforted now..
